Their latest project involved installing a modular construction – their LEAPrus3912 alpine station – on Mount Elbrus in Russia, located at an altitude of 4000m. This modular building system, designed and manufactured in Italy, consists of 4 prefabricated building structures, providing a 49 bed hotel and restaurant.
The sustainable design features includes solar power, heat recovery system, water supply from the surrounding snow and, LED lighting.
